The journey started in the early 90’s when Sharon Abbott started 4th Of July and before long, became one of the top 3 suppliers, of sublimated products in the country.

Art Department
The art dept team are responsible for the Initial development of designs, cad presentations, proofing documents and set up of Production ready artwork.

Attention to detail is paramount as this is the 1st phase of the production process.
Pattern
We produce the Master pattern in House and once samples have been approved we will have the final nest of patterns digitised for use in the Sublimation and Cutting room departments.
Cutting
We have the capacity to cut 5000 units per month, covering many different fabrications and trims.
Embroidery
We have access to 20 embroidery heads using Barudan machines, which are known to deliver the best quality embroideries.
Sublimation
Our digital print area has 2 printers and 1 Monti Heat Press that can out-put 3500 units per month across various styles and fabrics. We offer panel sublimation and roll to roll.
